Bank holidays: We operate a minimum three night stay over Bank holiday weekends.

Booking terms & conditions:

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract. Any cancellation or breach of contract is liable to be charged for, unless the accommodation is subsequently re-let when an administration charge of £10.00 only will then be applied. A deposit of £50.00 is normally payable upon confirmation of booking. There can be no allowance for curtailment of holidays. Usually, no allowance can be made for meals booked but not taken. Guests may wish to consider holiday insurance. This can be arranged through Travellers Protection Services Ltd on Tel no:08707 744053.
